Individual Therapy

  • Services are available for children ages 7-18 years old and any adults seeking support.

  • Individual Therapy are available in person on Fridays for those living in the Bemidji area.

  • Individual therapy services are additionally available via telehealth throughout the state of MN

    • Excluding the following counties – Kittson, Roseau, Marshall, Pennington, Red Lake County, Polk, Clearwater, Becker, Norman, Clay and Mahnomen.

Cost of Service

  • 50min session- $175

    • This is a typical session length

  • 90min session - $250

    • This is an extended session if you feel like you could benefit from additional time.

  • Diagnostic Assessment- Range of $300 to 350 for evaluation depending on session length

    • Willing to update your assessment for services to continue with other providers/agencies. Please contact me to discuss this further

    • Session length varies depending on client needs

  • Sliding Scale

    • If you have financial hardship or no health benefits, please ask about a sliding scale session which reduces the fee to be more affordable

    • Limited number of sessions provided per week
